Stephen D. Phillips
Stephen D. Phillips has served Christian Heritage Church as the Lead Pastor since July of 2002. Prior to this he served CHC in a variety of capacities including: Youth Pastor, Minister of Christian Education and Worship Leader. Following the footsteps of his father, the late Rev. Dennis Phillips (1943-2002), who served as pastor of CHC for 31 years, Stephen has dedicated his life to preaching, teaching, and reaching people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Stephen is confident of God’s calling upon his life as pastor of CHC of Graniteville, SC and leads with vision to impact as many lives as possible throughout the CSRA (Central Savannah River Area). He received a B.S. in Religion from Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, Georgia, and a M.A. in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. He and his wife, Sherry, have two sons, Caleb and Joshua.
Associate Pastor of Youth Ministries
Jody Padgett has been Youth Pastor at Christian Heritage Church since January 1996. His heart is to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ to teens in a way that lets them know that Jesus loves them. His desire is to make the Word of God relevant to middle and high school students, as well as everyone he comes in contact with. Jody was called to preach while at Wofford College, where he played football and earned a degree in Sociology. He currently serves as the Christian Education Director for the West Carolina District of the Congregational Holiness Church. He and his wife Michelle, have 3 kids, Benjamin and Bayleigh (twins), and Leah.
Associate Pastor of Adult Ministries
Jonathan Randall has served Christian Heritage as Associate Pastor of Adult Ministries since 2003. Prior to joining the staff at CHC, Pastor Jonathan served as Associate Pastor at New Hope Worship Center in North Georgia from 1997-2001 and then as their Senior Pastor from 2001-2003. He has preached the gospel since the age of 15. He and his wife, Shannon, have three sons, Jacob, Joshua, and Seth.
